U.S. Department of Agriculture: Rural Utilities Service
Serve in the Office of the Administrator at USDA’s Rural Utilities Service, engaging with stakeholders and supporting the development, marketing, and management of a broad portfolio of energy efficiency projects, programs, products, methodologies, services, and initiatives aimed at rural cooperatives.
City of Philadelphia: Office of Sustainability
Advance the goals of Greenworks Philadelphia, the city’s comprehensive sustainability plan. This fellowship provides the opportunity to help solve complex problems, gain valuable experience in city government, and to make a real impact by reducing Phildadelphia's environmental impact, and energy use.
City of Philadelphia: Energy Office
Work with the city’s Energy Manager, members of the Energy Office, the Office of Sustainability, and other partner departments and agencies. Get experience in municipal operations, energy management, energy systems, renewable energy, sustainability, public service, and program management.
U.S. Green Building Council
As a policy-focused fellow, work with public policy and research teams on in-depth analysis of the effect of building energy benchmarking laws that are sweeping the nation. Research will focus on how cities and others are using this new data stream to advance energy efficiency and to maximize sustainability outcomes.
U.S. Green Building Council
As a platform-focused fellow, hone in on building energy benchmarking laws in terms of building performance. Research will focus on analyzing and understanding the reported performance data and identifying and testing variables potentially affecting energy use.
Philadelphia Energy Authority
Research and prepare summary of existing low-income energy-related programs within Philadelphia. Based upon stakeholder interviews, identify gaps in service delivery systems and opportunities to coordinate within the service delivery network.
